There’s not much to this mission, which is the final one for the Paper Trail DLC. You should see a mission objective for Celia if entered right, and you will have one final mission now. The first one is the DUP Agent ID you constructed (hyphens or not), the second answer is Hitori and the third, and final, answer is Saisei. Now, find the computer in Celia’s place and you’ll be presented with three questions. Read the first paragraph and you will find out Celia’s real name was Hitori, and she says she became Saisei, both of which are important. There’s one last thing to do, which is to check the letter on the door next to the dead body. For the last number, you can find yet another FAN # written on one of the walls of her apartment, so put that in to get the final one. If done correctly, you should have four of the five numbers, which is actually Celia’s DUP Agent ID.
